This month the Chatham Education Foundation hosted the Showcase of Schools event at Northwood High School. For those of you who were able to attend, thank you for your support of the Chatham County Schools. I hope you learned something new and were able to see the breadth of opportunities available to the students of Chatham County Schools.
As I looked around the room I was thrilled to see so many staff, administrators, community members and kids all together, in one room, celebrating the accomplishments of so many. It is through community partnerships, dedicated teachers and staff and motivated students that we will watch the next generation of leaders emerge. We are thrilled to be part of a community so dedicated to the education of our youth.
