A Message from Chatham County Schools

Dear Chatham County Schools Community Member:

The Chatham County Board of Education has hired the North Carolina School Boards Association to help facilitate its search for the next superintendent of Chatham County Schools. Board members are seeking direct input from students, parents, staff and other community members to help shape the search process and to assist with defining the characteristics, experience and skills desired for the individual who will lead our school system.

Please use the links below to participate in the survey we’ll use to gather community input regarding our next superintendent. Paper copies of the surveys are available at our schools and at the district’s central office.

Survey responses are due by February 19. The results will be presented during the March 8 school board meeting. Thanks in advance for your input. More information about the search process is on the district’s website.
