Volunteer for Books on Break and Help Put Books in Kids’ Hands
*NOTE* These events have all passed for Spring of 2026. Check back in late winter 2027 for the next events!
Books on Break is one of the most joyful ways to support local students. Volunteers help children browse and choose books to keep and read over the summer, and they get to see firsthand just how excited kids are to build their own home libraries. It’s a great opportunity to get inside our schools, interact with students, and be part of an experience that encourages both literacy and a love of reading.
